서진이네2 돌솥비빔밥이 먹고싶은데 집에 돌솥이 없을때 2인분 돌솥비빔밥 만들기

Seojin's 2! I want to eat hot stone pot bibimbap, but when I don't have a stone pot at home, I make hot stone pot bibimbap for 2 people

 


재료 : 작은양파1개, 호박1/2개, 당근1/2개, 느타리버섯100g, 소불고기100g, 밥2인분, 고추장1.5T, 참기름,식용유,소금,후추
소고기양념 : 다진마늘0.5T, 설탕0.5T, 간장0.5T, 참기름0.5T, 후추약간

Ingredients: 1 small onion, 1/2 pumpkin, 1/2 carrot, 100g oyster mushroom, 100g beef, 2 servings of rice, 1.5T gochujang, sesame oil, cooking oil, salt, pepper
Beef seasoning: 0.5T of minced garlic, 0.5T of sugar, 0.5T of soy sauce, 0.5T of sesame oil, a little bit of pepper

콩나물도 사온다는걸 깜박했지만 괜찮아요 충분히 맛있으니까 I forgot to buy bean sprouts, but it's okay. It's good enough


1. 양파1개 채썰어주세요. (큰양파는 반개만 사용해도 좋아요.)

Chop 1 onion. (You can use only half of the large onion.)


2. 애호박 1/2개 채썰어주세요

Slice 1/2 zucchini


3. 당근 1/2개 채썰어주세요

Slice 1/2 carrots


4. 느타리버섯 100g 가닥으로 분리해주세요

Separate oyster mushrooms into 100g strands


5. 소불고기 잘게 썰어주세요 (다짐육도 괜찮아요)

Please chop the beef into small pieces  (Mince beef is okay, too)


6. 색이 밝은 야채부터 볶을께요~
후라이팬에 기름을 두르고 양파넣고 소금약간뿌려 투명하게 볶아주세요

 I'll stir-fry the brightly colored vegetables first
Add oil to the frying pan, add onion, sprinkle salt and stir-fry transparently


7. 다시 식용유 조금 두르고 느타리버섯 넣고 소금약간뿌려 볶아주세요

Add a little bit of cooking oil, add oyster mushrooms, sprinkle some salt and stir-fry


8. 마찬가지로 채썬 호박도 소금약간 뿌려 볶아주세요

Add some salt to the sliced pumpkin and stir-fry it


9. 당근은 소금약간 뿌리고 물2T 넣어 볶아주면 빠르게 익힐수있어요.

Sprinkle some salt on the carrot and stir-fry it with 2T of water to cook it quickly.


10. 소고기엔 간단 불고기양념 해서 볶아주세요.

Stir-fry beef with simple bulgogi seasoning.


11. 볼에 밥2인분 담고 고추장1.5T, 참기름1T 넣어 섞어주세요

Put 2 servings of rice in a bowl and mix 1.5T of red pepper paste and 1T of sesame oil


12. 큰후라이팬에 식용유2바퀴, 참기름2바퀴 둘러주고 고추장에 버무린 밥을 넓게 펼쳐주세요

ut 2 rounds of cooking oil and 2 rounds of sesame oil in a large frying pan and spread the rice mixed with red pepper paste


13. 그 위에 볶은 양파, 당근, 소고기, 호박, 버섯을 차례대로 올려주세요

Put the stir-fried onions, carrots, beef, pumpkin and mushrooms on top of it


14. 밑에 누룽지가 생기도록 5분간 익혀주세요

Cook for 5 minutes to create crusty crust


15. 마지막으로 통깨 솔솔 뿌려주고 쓱쓱 비벼서 맛있게 드세요~

Lastly, sprinkle sesame oil and mix it well. Enjoy it
